Your DISC analysis data is stored on DISC Factor’s server, with which a processing agreement has been concluded in accordance with GDPR legislation.

If you have made a purchase of a service, these data will be stored in our administration file on a hard drive.

 

Data Storage Duration

We do not retain your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were received.

• When you unsubscribe from the newsletter, you will be placed on an unsubscribe list. You will then NO longer receive emails. However, your data will remain in the system for up to one year until Felicia Portier has completely deleted the unsubscribe list from one year.
• If you are a customer, invoices with your data will be kept according to a legally required retention period (for example, to comply with our accounting obligations for sales administration).
