DISC analysis

Would you like a DISC analysis to quickly gain self-awareness?

The DISC behavioral analysis reveals your behavior preferences, how you come across to others, your strengths and areas for development, and how you can enhance your effectiveness.

Does this sound familiar?

DISC is a method that is both practical and scientifically validated and widely applied in many organizations internationally. DISC consists of four letters, each representing a specific behavioral style.

Through the DISC analysis, you can efficiently and quickly map out conscious and unconscious behavioral preferences. This enables a better understanding of what motivates you and others, identifies your strengths and talents, reveals your preferred collaboration style, and uncovers your sensitivities and pitfalls. It provides a surprisingly accurate description of yourself.

What does the DISC analysis involve?

In this DISC analysis, you will receive a questionnaire that takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. There is no ideal DISC profile, and there is no right or wrong. The results are compiled in a report detailing your DISC style and all the relevant information specific to your DISC profile. This report establishes a fantastic foundation for self-awareness!
